If you run a store, this is the big one. Maxi can manage your WooCommerce catalog, orders, pricing, promotions, shipping, and tax — the whole operational surface of the shop — from conversation.

The WooCommerce capability is Maxi’s largest, covering the day-to-day running of an online store. Products and their variations, prices and stock, orders, coupons, shipping, and tax rates are all manageable by asking your agent.

Requires WooCommerce. These abilities are available only when WooCommerce is active on your site. If it isn’t, the agent will tell you rather than fail silently.

Products

The agent can read and update your catalog in depth. A product’s store data — prices, sale schedule, stock and stock status, SKU, dimensions and weight, tax settings, visibility, featured status — is all editable:

“Mark this product as featured and set its sale price to €19.99 through the end of the month.”
“Which products are out of stock right now?”

Creating a new product starts with the Content capability (a product is a kind of content), after which these WooCommerce abilities fill in the store-specific details. You can also convert a product’s type — simple, variable, grouped, or external — when its setup needs to change.

Variations and attributes

For variable products (a shirt in several sizes and colours, say), the agent manages the full structure:

  • Attributes — set the options a product varies on (size, colour, material), whether drawn from your global attribute taxonomies or defined just for that product.
  • Variations — create, update, and delete the individual sellable combinations, each with its own price, stock, SKU, and image.
  • Listing — review the variations across one or many products at once.

“Add a ‘Large’ variation to this shirt at the same price as the others.”

Bulk operations

Where the store work gets powerful is in bulk — changing many items in one pass rather than one at a time:

  • Bulk price updates — set exact prices or apply adjustments like “+10%” or “−5.00” across a selection of products or variations.
  • Bulk product updates — change pricing, stock, shipping, tax, identity, or visibility fields across many products and variations in a single operation.

“Increase the price of everything in the ‘Accessories’ category by 8%.”
“Set all products from this supplier to ‘out of stock’.”

Orders

The agent can work with your orders end to end:

  • Read and list orders, filtered by status, customer, or date range, with totals — the basis for answering revenue and sales questions.
  • Create an order with line items, customer, and addresses.
  • Change order status (e.g. processing → completed), optionally with a note.
  • Add order notes, either private (internal) or customer-visible (which can trigger the customer email).

“Show me this week’s processing orders and their totals.”
“Mark order 1043 as completed and add a note that it shipped today.”

Coupons

Full coupon management: create, read, update, list, and delete coupons — discount type and amount, usage limits, product or category restrictions, and expiry.

“Create a 15%-off coupon code SPRING15 that expires at the end of April.”

Shipping and tax

The agent can configure how you charge for delivery and tax:

  • Shipping zones and methods — list zones, create new ones with region restrictions, and add or update methods (flat rate, free shipping, local pickup) including their settings.
  • Tax rates — create, update, list, and delete tax rates by country/state, with rate, class, and priority.

“Add a free-shipping method to the domestic zone for orders over €50.”

What it’s good for

  • Catalog management at scale — pricing changes, sales, stock updates across many products at once.
  • Order operations — reviewing, progressing, and annotating orders without the WooCommerce admin.
  • Promotions — spinning up and managing coupons on demand.
  • Store configuration — shipping and tax setup adjusted in conversation.
  • Answering store questions — “what sold this month,” “what’s low on stock,” “which orders are pending” — by reading order and product data.

In summary: WooCommerce is Maxi’s store-management capability — the deepest domain. Read and update products and variations, change prices and stock individually or in bulk, manage orders (read, create, status, notes), run coupons, and configure shipping and tax, all from conversation. It needs WooCommerce active, and new products begin as content before these store details are layered on.
