Maxi AI Core needs an active license on every site it runs on. This page covers what the license is, how to get one, where to enter it, and what to do if you lose it.
Maxi AI Core requires an active license for each connected site. Every plan includes the full feature set — there’s nothing to unlock tier by tier. Pricing varies only by the number of licensed sites you need, so you choose a plan based on how many sites you’ll run Maxi on, not on which features you want.
Getting a license
Purchase a license at maxicore.ai. After purchase, your license key is available in your account and is the value you’ll enter on your site.
Activating it
Add your key in WordPress admin under Settings → Maxi AI License: paste the key, activate, and the status badge will show the license as active along with its details. You can also activate through your agent by asking it to run maxi/activate-license with your key.
Activation is per site. If you run Maxi on more than one site, you activate the same license on each, up to the number of sites your plan allows.
Finding a lost key
Your license key lives in your account at maxicore.ai/my-account. Open My Orders, find your Maxi order, and you’ll see the license key there (it begins with MAXI-) — the same page also lets you download the plugin files. If you can’t locate it, contact support via maxicore.ai.
Refreshing the license
Your site re-checks the license automatically, so a renewal or plan change is picked up on its own — within about 12 hours. If you’d rather not wait, go to Settings → Maxi AI License and refresh it immediately.
If a license lapses: Maxi keeps working for a short grace period after a license expires, so an overdue renewal won’t lock you out instantly. Renew within that window and nothing is interrupted.
In summary: every site running Maxi needs an active license; all plans include every feature, and plans differ only by how many sites you can license. Buy at maxicore.ai, activate under Settings → Maxi AI License (or via your agent), and retrieve a lost key from My Orders in your account. The license refreshes automatically, or on demand from the same settings screen.
